Great Place To Work®, a key player in well-being at work

Great Place To Work® supports organizations in managing quality of life at work, using different tools and a very specific methodology involving employees.

Operating since 1992 worldwide and 2002 in France, Great Place To Work® surveyed more than 100M employees in 60 countries to determine what defines a quality employee experience. The company has established an unique methodology to “help organizations create an inclusive work environment, manage their HR strategy and improve their performance. »

Great Place To Work® distinguishes organizations where it is good to work thanks to a certification system and the publication of the Best Workplaces and Best Workplaces for Women rankings.

Artempo is proud to support Great Place To Work® in producing the trophies for these different events.

Eco-responsible trophies to reward organizations where it is good to work

The adventure begins shortly before summer 2022 with a meeting between the two teams to study the technical possibilities for the creation of a design that is both visually impactful, faithful to the visual identity of the group and in an responsible approach.

Very quickly, a path appears around wood, materials that we work in a short circuit (supply in France or in bordering countries of the European Union) and under FSC and PEFC labeling. Coming from sustainably managed forests, our oak wood is transformed in our workshop in France as well. For Great Place To Work® trophies, a white recycled PMMA plate from the Greencast range and a personalized digital printing enhance the trophy on its front side.

These awards are given in two ways. Monthly, to winning companies that carry out a diagnosis of the employee experience to obtain a certification. Once certified, an organization can apply for the Best Workplaces and Best Workplaces For Women awards.
